Heard Shri S.P. Palshikar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Zoting, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. None appears for respondent No.3.

The matter pertains to transfer of the petitioner and stay to it is already granted on 26.6.2014.

Shri Zoting, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, upon instructions states that, if this Court directs, respondent No.1 shall consider the representation made by the petitioner in time bound manner.

wp2941.14 Shri Palshikar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states the representation should be considered, but till then, interim order, granted by this Court on 26.6.2014, should be continued and allowed to operate.

Representation preferred by the petitioner is dated 19.5.2014.

From arguments, it appears that the husband of the petitioner is "Paralytic".

Taking overall view of the matter, we direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from today.

Interim order granted by this Court on 26.6.2014 shall continue to operate, till the decision is taken on the said representation. With these directions and observations, we dispose of the writ petition with order as to costs.
