Present application is filed by the claimants for grant of permission to withdraw the balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-VIDC in the First Appeal while disposing of in Lok Adalat held on 07.05.2022. The balance amount along with accrued interest deposited is Rs.40,32,286/-.

By this application, the respondentsclaimants no.1 to 5 pray for deposit of the said amount in the bank account of Laxman Bapurao Kshirsagar. In view of pursis filed by the claimants, out of amount of Rs.40,32,286/-, they have already withdrawn amount of Rs.26,75,335/-. Therefore, balance amount of Rs.13,56,951/- along with accrued interest is directed
