Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

A prayer is made to direct the respondents to pay the petitioners the minimum pay scale paid to the similarly situated Ward Boys.

Be that as it may, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the issue is already decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1305/2021 with connected Writ Petition on 06/04/2022.

Since a prayer is not made to direct the respondents to perform their duties, we direct the respondent no. 4 and 5 to treat the present petition as a representation and take an appropriate decision in light of order dated 06/04/2022 passed by this Court in Writ

2 123 & 124) WP 4371-2025+.odt Petition No. 1305/2021 with connected Writ Petition, within a period of ten weeks from the production of a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition. 5.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

Needless to mention that, if it is found that the competent authority is Zilla Parishad, the relevant papers be forwarded to the concerned competent authority. In that case, it is directed that the concerned Zilla Parisahd shall decide the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition within a period of one week.
