By this application, the applicant is challenging the order in the criminal application below Exhibit-47.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, as there was a marriage in the house of the present applicant, and thereafter, the death of the father of the counsel engaged by him was caused, and therefore, he should not approach this Court to prefer the revision, and therefore, the delay is caused. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be a just and reasonable one, the delay is hereby condoned.
