3] The petitioner seeks consideration of its application for intervention that has been moved in the appeal preferred by respondent No.3 before the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati under Section 267 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961. Such application has been preferred by the petitioner on 25/4/2023.

4] In these facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's application dated 25/4/2023 in accordance with law and after giving due opportunity to the original appellant. It is expected that the said application would be considered in the next date of hearing on its own merits.
