IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 289/2023 IN W.P. NO. 1504/2021 (D) (PRAFULLA NARAYAN MAHAJAN VERSUS THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA & OTHERS) Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's order and Registrar's orders.

Shri S.S. Sanyal, counsel for the applicant.

Ms R.V. Sharma, Assistant Government Pleader for the non-applicant-State. CORAM : A.

S. CHANDURKAR AND URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, JJ.

D ATE : NOVEMBER , 202 3 .

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds raised in the review application.

2.

Since the minority status of the respondent no.2 was withdrawn on 06.08.2021 it was held that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks to rely upon the additional material to contend that the manner in which the minority status was granted was questionable.

3.

We find that there is no error apparent on the face of record especially in view of the fact that the documents alongwith the review application were not on record of the writ petition. The miscellaneous civil application is not entertained. The same is disposed of.

4.

Needless to state that if the applicant is otherwise aggrieved by the additional material which has come in his possession, he is free to take such steps as are admissible in law.
