This Court vide order dated 14.03.2019 has permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount of arrears of maintenance which he has deposited in the proceedings. By this application, he seeks permission to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest. The matter is already disposed of and this Court has permitted Rgd.

Order 0710appr177.22 withdrawal of the deposited amount.

In view of that, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the accrued interest, if any, on the arrears which he has deposited in this Court.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
