DATED : 13-06-2018 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 365/2018 registered at Yavatmal City Police Station for offence punishable under Section 376 read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the applicant promised marriage and induced the informant to have sexual relationship since 2011. This promise to marriage is not fulfilled is the grievance of the informant. 2.

Having regard to the accusations, and the real possibility that the consensual relationship having turned sour the applicant is implicated, the application is allowed.

The interim order dated 15-5-2018 is confirmed. 4.

The applicant shall attend the City Police Station, Yavatmal every Saturday between 10-00 a.m. and 12-00 noon till the charge-sheet is filed.
