Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received salary for the months of January and February, 2018 as well as arrears of Rs.98,347/- are also received. According to him, the order dated 8.1.2018 passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the statement made by the petitioner, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. The proceedings are dropped.
