However, matter was dismissed vide order dated 9.6.2022. The application was immediately moved after the order passed by Registrar (Judicial).

The application is supported by affidavit of concerned counsel. As such, application is allowed. 3.

The order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial), dated 9.6.2022, is hereby set aside. 4.

The Registry is directed to register the Second Appeal on its stamp number.

After restoration of the same, the appellant to remove office objections within two weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
