Though the cause list shows the name of advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. None appears for the non-applicants/respondents.

By this application the original petitioners seek correction of transcription error in paragraph No.6(ii) of the judgment in which instead of the figure "Rs.15,000/- per year", it is wrongly shown as "Rs.15,0000/- per year". In paragraph No.6(iii) of the judgment, the figure is rightly recorded as "Rs.15,000/- per annum".

It is apparent that there is transcription error in paragraph No.6(ii) of the judgment and instead of "Rs.15,0000/- per year" in the last sentence, it should be "Rs.15,000/- per year".
