Shri U.A. Gosavi, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners and Shri Sundaram, learned counsel for the respondents.

A legal ground is sought to be added.

Shri Sundaram, learned counsel, therefore, fairly gives no objection. However, he seeks time of two weeks to file appropriate reply affidavit, if necessary. In view of this, we allow the present application. The necessary amendment be carried out within two days. Liberty to the respondents to file their additional reply, if any, within two weeks.

The matter appears to have been heard finally earlier also.

The Registry to place the matter for final hearing in the week commencing from 11.07.2016.
