Perused the application seeking withdrawal of Vakalatnama by the learned counsel who was appearing for the appellant. Perused the documents placed on record along with the application and the pursis. It is submitted in the application that the learned counsel who appeared for the appellant is appointed as Assistant Government Pleader/ Additional Public Prosecutor and as such, necessary intimation was forwarded to the appellant for engagement of the another counsel. In view of the application as well as the pursis filed on record, the application is allowed.

Notice be issued to the appellant for engagement of another counsel, returnable after eight weeks.
