The present application is filed for grant of permission to respondent No.1 to withdraw the decreetal amount of compensation of Rs.2,45,535/- along with interest. It appears that the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and vide order dated 12/03/2022, the appeal came to be withdrawn.

In view of above, the application is allowed. The respondent No.1 is hereby permitted to withdraw the decreetal amount of compensation of Rs.2,45,535/- along with accrued interest thereon. 4.
The Registry is directed to disburse the said amount in the account of respondent No.1 after verification of Bank details.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
