2] Issue notice, returnable on 03.11.2020.

3] Mrs. S.S. Jachak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service for non-applicant/State. 4] The submission is that the applicant is also a victim of the irregularities committed by Jagruti Seva Sanstha, Noida. The applicant asserts that the amount of Rs.9,46,000/- which he collected from the students and teachers for making available tuition classes was duly remitted to the said establishment. Perusal of the order of rejection reveals that the prosecution did not seriously dispute this assertion. The applicant can be protected till the

5] In the event of arrest in Crime 204/2020 registered with Police Station Gondpipari, Tahsil Gondpipari, District Chandrapur for offence punishable under section 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount. The surety may be furnished within four weeks from the date of release.

6] The applicant shall attend Police Station Gondpipari, Tahsil Gondpipari, District Chandrapur on 14th, 15th and 16th October 2020 between 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

7] The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

8] The applicant shall not make any attempt, to directly or indirectly, influence the witnesses. 9] The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the jurisdictional court.
