Perused the reply affidavit filed by the respondent No.7. We are satisfied that for reasons beyond its control the Grievance Committee could not take decision within time stipulated by this Court in its order dated 18th March, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 2825 of 2014. However, that does not preclude the petitioner from challenging the grievance or otherwise of the decision of the Grievance Committee / Management Council.

Therefore, with liberty to the petitioner to raise appropriate challenge before the competent forum, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
