DATED : 07.05.2025 The present application is filed for extension of time. It is submitted that both the applicants are suffering from severe cardiac problems. In view thereof, proceedings could not be completed within time. The arbitration proceeding is at the stage of evidence and one witness of claimant is already examined. As such, six months time is granted to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

It is made clear that the Arbitrator shall take an endeavour to conclude the matter within extended period. No further extension will be granted. 3.
