By this application, respondent no.1/claimant is seeking withdrawal of the decreetal amount of Rs.21,10,649/-, which has been deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court vide CCDR No.3840 dated 06.10.2017.

I have perused the contents in the application so also the impugned judgment and award dated 11.09.2014 in Land Acquisition Case No.26 of 2006 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur, District Amravati.

On due consideration, respondent no.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the aforesaid amount with interest accrued thereon, subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). 5.
