Heard Shri Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The steps to declare the petitioner as a wilful defaulter are taken and a show cause notice is served upon him. The date of show cause notice is 11.01.2017. The petitioner has given reply thereto.

The submission of Shri Dhore, learned counsel is, company of which the petitioner happens to be a Director is to be declared wilful defaulter and along with company, its Directors may also be declared wilful defaulters. He also adds that now the matter is fixed for hearing on 12.06.2017 and notice of hearing is given only to the company. No notice is served upon the petitioner.

We keep all his contentions open. After appropriate orders are passed by the authorities, it is open to the petitioner to raise his grievance in accordance with law. It is also open to the petitioner to appear for hearing

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
