The appellants were granted time by the order dated 4-3-2009 to file the private paperbook. Again by the order dated 15-7-2014, the appellants were granted six weeks time to file the private paper-book and to deposit the amount of costs. The appeal was listed on several occasions subsequently. However, the appellants have neither filed the private paper-book nor the amount of costs is deposited. Today none appears for the appellants.

Considering the conduct of the appellants, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution with costs quantified at Rs.2000/- to be deposited by the appellants with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
