This is an application for extension of time to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/-.

On 04.03.2021, this Court (Coram : Z. A. Haq and Amit B. Borkar, JJ.) directed the applicant to deposit Rs.30,000/- on or before 09.03.2021.

Shri A. B. Mirza, the learned counsel for the applicants would submit that due to the pandemic situation, there was a financial constraint on the part of the applicants and, therefore, he could not deposit the amount as directed on due date. He submitted that now since the financial position of the applicants is improved, they are ready to deposit Rs.30,000/- within a period of one week from today.

His statement is accepted.

The applicants are directed to deposit the amount on or before 31.08.2021. If the amount is so tendered on or before 31.08.2021 by the applicants, the Registry is directed to accept this amount.

With this observations, the present application is disposed of.

Place this matter on 01.09.2021.

On the said date, parties shall remain personally present before the Court.
