Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is being paid regular salary and work is being allotted to him as per the exigency. In this view of the matter, it is not necessary to keep the present writ petition pending. By accepting the aforesaid statement, writ petition is dismissed. The respondent shall also consider the grant of annual increment to the petitioner in accordance with Rules.
