DATED : 07 -10-2024 Mr. Narwade, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, drawing the rejoinder has placed on record the communication dated 30.9.2024, issued by the State Cooperative Election Authority, Maharashtra State, Pune, issuing direction of continuing the election process from the stage where it was stalled, w.e.f. 1.10.2024 excluding the Agriculture Produce Market Committees, where the Court has stayed the election process.

In addition, he has also placed on record the communication issued by respondent No. 3 - District Deputy Registrar, Yavatmal to respondent No. 4, instructing him to continue the election process in respect of APMC, Pandharkavda/Umarkhed.

The rejoinder tendered by the petitioners is taken on record.

In the wake of the aforesaid development being brought to our notice through the rejoinder, Mr. Narwade seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

He would request that till the elections are held, the Administrator may not be replaced by private person and since

2 47wp3373.2024..odt by order dated 14.6.2024, a specific direction is issued to that effect, while disposing of the petition, we continue said direction, till the elections are concluded.
