A statement is made by Shri N.R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent no.1 that the original revision has already been heard on merits somewhere in November, 2022 and is closed for orders, considering which, Shri P.K. Bezalwar, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement, on instructions, that the petition be disposed of by directing the Hon'ble Minister, who has heard the revision to pass an order therein within a fixed period of time. 2.

Shri A.S. Dhore, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has no objection for this course of action, considering
