DATE : 18-08-2022 Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the applicant orally seeks leave to correct the name of the applicant/petitioner as 'Shriram s/o Kashinath Keshaowar' instead of 'Gajanan s/o Shriram Keshaowar'. Leave is granted.

Necessary corrections be carried out forthwith. The application for restoration of the Writ Petition Stamp No.14819/2021 was dismissed for non removal of office objections. Considering the reasons given, the application is allowed. The Petition is restored subject to the condition that the office objections shall be removed by 23-08-2022.

In case, if they are not so removed, the Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. JUDGE Deshmukh
