By an order dated 06-05-2016, we had issued bailable warrant for the appearance of the respondents. It is stated on behalf of the applicants-respondents that on 27-06-2016, the applicants-respondents were present in the Court and the contempt petition was admitted. It is stated that the applicants-respondents were permitted to file additional affidavits and they would file the same within four weeks.

In the aforesaid set of facts, we grant the prayer made in the application. The applicants-respondents would, however, be required to remain present in this Court as and when the matter is fixed for final hearing.
