The applicant herein is one of the four accused persons concerning FIR registered on 11.11.2018 pertaining to alleged incident that took place on 10.11.2018. The other accused persons are the husband and two sons of the applicant.

As per the complainant, the other accused persons along with the applicant herein had assaulted the complainant as well as her husband and son resulting in injuries. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that although the name of the applicant is mentioned in the oral report leading to the registration of the FIR, upon investigation and recording of statements of witnesses i.e. the complainant and the injured victims, no sufÏcient role is attributed to the applicant. It is also pointed out that the other co-accused have been released on bail. 3.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of the

ABA328-19.odt non-applicant/State does not dispute the aforesaid contention raised on behalf of the applicant. It is also pointed out that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed in the present case.

In these circumstances, when at present on the basis of material on record there does not appear to be enough material to show any active role on the part of the applicant in the present case, she deserves to be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. In the event the applicant is arrested in Crime No. 279 of 2018 registered at Police Station Channi, tahsil Patur, District Akola, she shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and a surety in the like amount.
