DATED : 09-09-2021 The applicant-woman is seeking bail in connection with Crime 392/2021 registered with Kholapuri Gate Police Station, Amravati for offences punishable under Section 370-A(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

In short, the case of the prosecution is that a brothel was raided, three women who were into prostitution were rescued, the kingpin is the co-accused and the applicant-woman negotiated with the dummy customers and received the amount.

I have perused the case papers available with the case diary.

The allegation is that three major women were indulging in prostitution in the brothel operated by the co-accused Abdul Rahim and the applicant.

Considering that the investigation is almost complete and the applicant has no criminal antecedents, I am inclined to grant bail, subject to stringent conditions.

The application is allowed.

The applicant shall be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence witnesses, directly or indirectly.

9.

The applicant shall furnish her residential address and cell phone number to the Investigating Officer within forty-eight hours.

10.

The applicant shall attend each date of hearing scrupulously.

11.

The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
