The limited grievance made in the petition is that the proposal for approval is yet to be decided by respondent No.2.

Shri A.A. Madiwale, Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and seeks time to verify the contentions of the petitioner to file an appropriate reply.

However, in view of the averments made on affidavit in the petition that the proposal for approval is yet to be decided, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the proposal, if not already decided, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the order.
