ATE : FEBRUARY 07, 2025 1) In pursuance to the interim order dated 18/06/2024 the petitioner has appeared 10th Repeat Semester Examination. The respondents were directed to place on record the result of the petitioner for that examination which has been tendered across the bar in a sealed envelope. This has been opened by the Court.

2) We deem it appropriate to declare the results, in as much as the result indicate that the petitioner in subject 10.2 Law of Equity and Trust subject 10.3 International Trade Law has passed. These results are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'Y' for identification purpose. The respondent University to supply original mark sheet to the petitioner. 3) The declaration in the above said manner satisfies the grievance of the petitioner in the petition insofar as the aforesaid subjects are concerned. The petition is therefore, disposed of in view of the above declaration.

It is also made clear that in case the petitioner is required to give any other examination in any subject on account of having declared failed in the subject that the petitioner will have to give the same.
