This Court has decided the appeal finally vide judgment dated 22-12-2018. The amount of compensation was reworked. So the necessary orders about disbursal need to be passed. An amount of Rs. 3,75,370/- is deposited. The appellant VIDC has also filed Pursis bearing Stamp No.6/2020. They say that the respondents are entitled to get Rs. 3,14,804/- and refund of Rs. 60,566/-. The respondents are in agreement with the contents of the Pursis. One of the original claimants namely Prabhakar is no more. His legal representatives were already brought on record. They are respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d). Whereas, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are the other claimants. Respondent no.1(b)Abhijeet Bobde is the Power of Attorney holder for all the remaining respondents. Copy is filed on record. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

(a) Nazir is directed to transfer Rs.3,14,804/- along with accrued interest in the bank account of Respondent no.1(b)Abhijeet Bobde on personal identification.

2 caf 1353.2020 (b) Nazir is directed to transfer an amount of Rs. 60,566/- along with accrued interest in the bank account of the appellant without personal identification.
