By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order of suspension issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha, dated 09.03.2015.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that though the order of suspension is passed on 07.03.2015, the Zilla Parishad has not taken any steps to proceed with the enquiry. It is stated that the petitioner cannot be suspended indefinitely. Shri Meghe, the learned counsel for the respondentZilla Parishad, states that since there is no stay operating in the other writ petition filed by the petitioner, the Zilla Parishad would conclude the enquiry within a period of six months. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent-Zilla Parishad, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
