The Civil Application is allowed. The Court has directed only 50% of the amount awarded to be deposited. Out of the said amount, 50% is permitted to be withdrawn on an undertaking of the applicant that he shall refund the same in the event the Court directs refund of the amount at the stage of final disposal of the appeal. The remaining 50% of the amount is permitted to be withdrawn on the applicant furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
