The applicant is seeking relaxation of condition no.(c) imposed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 31.07.2019 in Criminal Application No.475/2019 while granting pre-arrest protection. The offences are punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120-B, 462, 466, 468, 471, 477-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act,

Admittedly investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed long back. No material is produced by the State to show the necessity to have attendance of the applicant. For near about two years, the applicant has attended the concerned police station in pursuance of the directions of this Court.

In view of that, since the purpose is served, the condition of attendance can be relaxed. Hence the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.

(ii) The condition No.(c) imposed by this Court regarding attendance to police station, vide order dated 31.07.2019 in Criminal Application (ABA) No.475/2019, is hereby waived.
