DATED : 18-06-2025 Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 has submitted that he has received the cheque of enhanced compensation amount from respondent No.3 and he is ready to deposit it with the registry of this Court, by 20-06-2025 and, therefore, he seeks permission to deposit the same, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection. 2.

Considering the said fact, respondent No.3 is permitted to deposit the said cheque of enhanced compensation amount with the registry of this Court by 20-06-2025. Civil Application No. 2072/2025.

This is an application filed by the appellant to permit him to withdraw the amount. For the reason disclosed in the application, the same is allowed.

On encashment of the cheque, the amount shall be transferred to the account of the appellant by RTGS/NEFT, within three weeks, on his furnishing the bank account details to the registry of this Court, as per paragraph 5(c) of the judgment.

The registry of this Court is directed to verify whether the appellant has paid the Court's fees on the enhanced compensation amount, or not. If not paid, the enhanced compensation amount will be transferred to his account upon deposit of the court fees only.
