The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed Civil Application No. 1839/2025 for permitting it to deposit the enhanced compensation amount along with interest as per the order dated 18.08.2023 passed in First Appeal No. 964/2019. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the cheque is ready and he shall deposit it by 20.06.2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed and disposed of. The applicant is permitted to deposit the compensation amount in this Court by 20/06/2025. 4.

The appellant moved Civil Application No. 1840/2025 for permission to withdraw the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest.

Upon deposit of the cheque and its encashment, the same shall be disbursed to the appellant by transferring through NEFT/RTGS into the bank account of the appellant, on his furnishing bank account details.
