The Advocate for the petitioners agree that the controversy is covered by order dated 05-06-2017 in Writ Petition Nos.3353/2017, 3408/2017, 3410/2017 and 3407/2017. Even in the present petition the locks have been put without giving any opportunity to the petitioners. We, therefore, consistent with the earlier orders passed by this Court, direct Amravati Municipal Corporation to restore possession of the petitioners within twenty-hour hours. The respondent is at liberty to proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law. All rival contentions are expressly left open. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
