On going through the allegations made in the F.I.R. and other material placed on record, I find that custodial interrogation of the applicant may be required in this case for making effective investigation in as much as forgery of some documents alleged to be committed needs to be probed. Therefore, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is rejected.
