Heard.

The only relief which can be granted to the petitioners in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent no.1-Bank of Baroda to decide the representations made by each of the petitioners made on 16.5.2019 at page 154 of this petition, for restructuring of account as per the Reserve bank of India guidelines.

We, therefore, direct the respondent no.1 to take a decision in the matter before finalizing the auction or issuance of sale certificate. It is informed to us that the auction is fixed tomorrow. We make it clear that we have not stayed conducting of auction . The only requirement is to pass an order on the representations made by each of the petitioners before finalizing the auction.

Writ Petition is disposed of.

All questions are left open to be agitated before the appropriate forum.
