Shri Khandekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, inasmuch as, though the permission was not granted for the Session 2014-15, it is granted from the Academic Session 2015-16. It is stated that the petition may be disposed of in view of the redressal of the grievance. On the statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
