Principles to be followed for wage determination are well settled. Without pointing out those principles and only because non-mathadi (unregistered) workers are being paid more on contract basis by some other employer, exercise of wage determination undertaken by respondent no.2-Board has been questioned.

As we find the challenge erroneous and misconceived, without observing anything more and with liberty to petitioners to make proper grievance after collecting necessary data, we dispose of present writ petition. No costs.
