Civil Application No. 52 of 2019 The petitioner prays for addition of party on the ground that the Depot Manager is required to be added in the present proceedings.

Pursis has been filed on behalf of the respondent stating therein that presently one Shri D.S. Rana is working as In-charge Divisional Manager at Jabalpur. He has been invested with the powers of Depot Manager at Nagpur. In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to add Shri D.S. Rana as respondent No. 2. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

Civil application is disposed.

Contempt Petition No. 254/2018 The respondent No. 1 is present in Court today. Issue fresh notice to the newly added respondent No. 2, returnable on 16th August, 2019.
