DATED : 29/08/2022 In appeal is preferred by the acquiring body. On 30.11.2021, this Court had noted that though the principal amount of compensation was deposited, the interest part was not deposited. Even today also, the said order is not complied with. In the aforesaid background, time of four weeks is granted as prayed for by the learned Counsel for the appellants/applicants, failing which the application for stay will stand rejected without reference to this Court.
