06/07/ The present application is filed for permission to deposit the amount with this Court. First Appeal No.1404/2019 came to be decided on 16/02/2021 and it was held that the appellant had entitled for compensation @ Rs.1,66,000/- per hectere. In view of the order, respondents want to deposit the said amount along with interest. There is no objection to learned Counsel for appellant. However, as execution is pending before the learned Reference Court, applicant is requesting to transfer the said amount after deposit to the learned Reference Court. Accordingly application is allowed. 2.

Respondent is permitted to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.7,91,193/- dated 20/04/2022 with the Registry and Registry to accept the same. After depositing the said amount Registry is directed to transfer the same to Civil Judge, Senior Division Pusad in execution proceeding No.01/2022.
