Armori to Burgi Tq. Etapalli. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner the order of transfer is contrary to the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that against the order of transfer the petitioner can approach the Divisional Commissioner making such grievance.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner to raise the challenge to the order of transfer dated 26.05.2022. If the petitioner avails such remedy, the Divisional Commissioner is free to consider the same in accordance with law.
