Learned AGP appearing for respondent makes a statement, on instructions that, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 03.11.2020, the Scrutiny Committee has decided the claim of the petitioner no.1 and has invalidated the claim of the petitioner no.1 and therefore, insofar as petitioner no.1 is concerned, this petition has been rendered infructuous. As regards the petitioner no.2, learned AGP appearing for respondent submits that the Scrutiny Committee shall take the appropriate decision within a period of one month from the date of the order. Ms. Rane, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that time of one month for deciding the claim of the petitioner no.2 would be fair enough in this case. About the petitioner no.1 she submits that although her instructions from petitioner no.1 are awaited, the appropriate decision based on the statement of the learned AGP may be taken by this Court.

In view of above, petition of the petitioner no.1, Anita Sanjay Chavhan is disposed of as infructuous and it is directed that the respondent Committee shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the claim of the petitioner no.2

3/3 within a period of one month from the date of the appearance. The respondent no.2 shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee, on 07.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m.
