This petition takes exception to the order dated 14th March, 2024 passed by the learned Civil judge, Junior Division, Hingna below Exhibit 148 in Regular Civil Suit No. 51 of 2013.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner/plaintiff to lead further evidence. 3.

I have perused the impugned order. The evidence of both the parties is already over. The trial Court has observed that the attempt of the petitioner appears to be to fill up the lacunas. The said finding is not shown to be perverse. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
