Learned A.P.P. has invited our attention to the final report and the prayer made by police for discharge under Section 169 of the Cr. P. C. before the Judicial Magistrate First Class.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that even if the same is true, the fact remains that the learned trial Judge has not passed any order accepting the said report.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.409/2015 is disposed of in view of the filing of the report, reserving liberty in favour of the applicants that whenever occasion arises, the applicants are at liberty to avail of such remedies as are available in law.
