Vide order dated 21.10.2020 this Court protected the applicant, who is apprehending arrest in Crime 803/2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that the Division Bench has quashed the FIR on the basis of which the crime is registered. My attention is invited to judgment dated 02.12.2020 in Criminal Application (APL) 87/2020. Nothing survives in this application and accordingly this application stands disposed of. JUDGE NSN
