By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to modify the order of transfer and to consider the proposal of the petitioner for transfer at the place of her choice.

Shri Sonwane, the learned counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the request of the petitioner was considered favourably and the petitioner has joined at Dorli in terms of the order dated 14-10-2015.

Shri Saboo, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent.
